Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Nationality: Indian citizen only
- Educational Qualification:
- B.Ed. in Special Education from an RCI-approved institute and valid RCI CRR number
- OR B.Ed. with recognized RCI-approved certificate/diploma equivalent to B.Ed. Special Education and valid RCI CRR number
- Six months training in cross disability (to be completed if not available at the time of recruitment)
- Language Criteria:
- Must have the school’s language of instruction (Bengali, English, Hindi, Nepali, Oriya, Santhali, Telugu, or Urdu) as a subject at the Secondary/Higher Secondary/Graduation/Post Graduation level.
- Age Limit:
- Minimum: 21 years
- Maximum: 40 years as of 1st January 2025
- Relaxation: Up to 55 years for specific in-service educators (as per government guidelines).
