আপনার জানেন প্রাথমিক পর্ষদ কিছুদিন আগেই একটা নোটিফিকেশন জারি করে 738 টি শূন্য পদের জন্য 738 জনের একটি নামের লিস্ট প্রকাশ করেছিল ।এরপর কলকাতা হাইকোর্ট একাধিক মামলা হয় ।তারপর সেই মামলার পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে কলকাতা হাইকোর্টের মাননীয়া বিচারপতি অমৃত সিনহা একটি গ্রিভেন্স পোর্টাল খোলার নির্দেশ দেন। পর্ষদ সেই মত পোর্টাল ও খুলে।

প্রাথমিক পর্ষদ বিভিন্ন অভিযোগ জমা নেওয়ার কাজ শুরু করে। অবশেষে সেই অভিযোগ অফলাইনে এবং অনলাইনে জমা নেওয়ার কাজ শেষ করে এই মাসেই। আজকে 10 থেকে 15 দিনের মাথায় ,গ্রিভেন্স থেকে যারা সফলতা অর্জন করেছেন ,তাদের নামের লিস্ট জারি করেছে প্রাথমিক পর্ষদ এবং তাদের 20 থেকে 22 তারিখের মধ্যে, তাদের বিভিন্ন ডকুমেন্ট ভেরিফিকেশন এবং তার সঙ্গে স্ক্রুটিনি এবং ইন্টারভিউ কাজ করা হবে বলে প্রাথমিক পরিষদ নোটিশ জারি করেছে।

Notification for scrutiny/verification of writ petitioners (in addition to the list of 738 candidates published on 20-12-2021) who uploaded prescribed documents as per the notification no. 1693/BPE/2021 dated – 31-12-2021 and in terms of order passed by the hon’ble justice Amrita Sinha in the dedicated portal and those who have submitted offline and qualified in the TET examination 2014 after award of maximum six marks for the wrong questions attempted (if not already awarded) in compliance with the relevant court orders against 738 vacancies reserved as per notification no. 330/BPE/2021 dated 15-02-2021.

The petitioners should bring the following documents and testimonials in original along with one photocopy of each for submission after the Scrutiny and Verification :-

• Original Voter ID/ Aadhaar Card.
• Admit Card of TET-2014.
• Receipt copy of Online/ Offline submission.
• A copy of the Writ Petition wherein the petitioner was a party.
• The Order of the Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta passed on the Writ Petition wherein the petitioner was a party.
• All relevant testimonials and certificates relating to Educational qualification, Date of Birth, Caste/Category proof, Training qualification.
• Two self-attested passport size photographs.

Note- “This is further to notify that the Writ Petitioners whose names are not mentioned above in the list have not been able to qualify in TET-2014 after the award of maximum 6 (six) marks for wrong questions/answers, if attempted and if not awarded already, in terms of relevant Order/s of the Honorable Calcutta High Court.”

“It is hereby notified that the writ petitioner candidates who have submitted online or offline application for re-evaluation of their OMRs, but could not qualify the TET-2014 examination may apply on payment of prescribed fee of Rs. 500/- (five hundred rupees) only by a Demand Draft, drawn on a Nationalized Bank in favour of “West Bengal Board of Primary Education”, payable at Kolkata for copies of their digitized data of the OMR sheets of TET-2014.”
