আজকে রাজ্য সরকারের তরফে অর্থ বর্ষ ২০২০-২০২১ সালের কর্মচারীদের বোনাস ঘোষণা করা হল।এই বছর কর্মচারীদের জন্য ৪৫০০ টাকা বোনাস ঘোষণা করা হয়েছে। কিন্তু এই বোনাস পেতে হলে কর্মচারীর মাসিক বেতন ৩৬০০০ এর মধ্যে থাকতে হবে, ৩১/০৩/২০২১ সালের মধ্যে। ৩৬০০০ এর বেশি মাসিক বেতন হয়ে গেলে সে বোনাস পাবে না।
কিন্তু বেতন যদি ৩৬০০০ এর বেশি হয় এবং ৪৫০০০ এর নীচে হয় তাহলে সে সুদ বিহীন এককালীন ১২,০০০ টাকা পাবে{Grant of interest Free Festival Advance}। যেটা ১০ মাসের installment দিয়ে কর্মীকে পরিশোধ করতে হবে।

১.মাসিক বেতন ৩৬,০০০ এর মধ্যে ।
২. অথবা ২০২০-২০২১ অর্থবর্ষে ১২ মাসের মধ্যে যে কোনও ৬ মাসের বেতন ৩৬,০০০ এর মধ্যে ।
৩.২০২০-২০২১ অর্থবর্ষে ,৩১শে মার্চের মধ্যে ৬ মাসের কোনটিনিউ চাকরী করতে হবে।

Grant of ex-gratia Payment to the State Government Pensioners for the year 2020-2021.
“The undersigned is directed by order of the Governor to say that in order to provide some relief to the State Government Pensioners during the ensuing festivals, the Governor has been pleased to decide that all State Government Pensioners including the holders of provisional pension who retired prior to 30-09-2020 and also the pensioners who retired or died after 30-09-2020 but prior to 01/09/2021 and whose basic pension plus Dearness Relief on pension as on 31’t March 2021 did not exceed Rs.31,000/- (Rupees Thirty one Thousand) only and are not eligible for ad-hoc bonus shall be paid an ex-gratia grant of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred)only in lump per head.”
