যে নোটিশটি সামনে এসেছে সেখানে দেখা যাচ্ছে ,রাজ্য সরকারি কর্মচারীদের মতনই {WB Pay slip or Salary Slip}এবার রাজ্যের সরকারি সাহায্যপ্রাপ্ত শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান, কলেজের কর্মচারী এবং শিক্ষক-শিক্ষিকা ও অশিক্ষক কর্মীদের সরকারি কর্মচারীদের মতন বেতন সংক্রান্ত তথ্য এবার অনলাইনে দেখা যাবে। কর্মীরা তথ্য অনলাইনে দেখতে এবং সেই তথ্য ডাউনলোড করতে পারবেন । এই সংক্রান্ত অর্থ দপ্তরের নির্দেশিকা জারি করেছেন। সেখানে তারা পরিষ্কারভাবে জানিয়েছে রাজ্য সরকারের সাহায্যপ্রাপ্ত যেসব শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান শিক্ষক ও অশিক্ষক কর্মীদের বেতন অর্থদপ্তরের এইচআরএমএস ব্যবস্থার মাধ্যমে দেওয়া হয় তাঁরা এই সুযোগ পাবেন।
এই খবর আসার পর বেজায় খুশি রাজ্য আধা সরকারি কর্মচারীরা। এবার তাঁরা তাঁদের পে স্লিপ অনায়াসে পেয়ে যাবেন । 2016 সাল থেকে এই ব্যবস্থা চালু রয়েছে সরকারি স্কুলের শিক্ষক এবং সরকারী কর্মচারীদের জন্য। এবার সেই ব্যবস্থা করতে চলেছে শিক্ষক-শিক্ষিকা এবং শিক্ষাকর্মীদের জন্য, বলে জানানো হয়েছে।

Memo No.1180 -F(Y) Date: 23/03/2022
Sub: Extension of ‘e-Services for Employees’ (eSE) facility to teaching and non- teaching employees of Universities, Grant-in-Aid Colleges and employees of other Grant-in-Aid Institutions, drawing their Pay Bill through HRMS sub- module of WBIFMS, West Bengal.
E-Services for Employees’ (eSE) facility has already been provided to the State Government employees vide Memo number 4102-F(Y) dated 03/08/2016 using which they can view and download Pay Slip, Income Tax Statement etc. Demand for extending the same facility to the employees (both teaching and non teaching) of Universities, Grant-in-Aid Colleges and employees of other Grant-in-Aid Institutions, drawing their Pay Bill through HRMS, has been received by and was under active consideration of the Finance Department, Government of West Bengal from sometime past.
Now, the Governor has been pleased to extend the ‘e-Services for Employees’ (eSE) facility to all the teaching and non-teaching employees of Universities, Grant-in-Aid Colleges and employees of other Grant-in-Aid Institutions, drawing their Pay Bill through HRMS sub-module of WBIFMS, West Bengal, so that they can also use the online facility for their benefit.
