On ‘school days’ all teachers, teachers, teaching staff and students have to attend the school and observe the day. Classes will be closed in schools on those days. Special Note:This holiday list (2025 academic year) is a model list. A total of 65 days are mentioned in this list. It may be noted that holidays may vary according to geographical features of schools located in special areas of different districts of the state, variations in regional festivals/customs, natural calamities and the same shall be approved by the School Management Committee/Administrator.
But the total number of holidays in a year – shall in no case exceed 65 days.Holidays are subject to change as per announcement by the state government.No school may hold national assessments on community holidays.
