“In continuation of our earlier Notification vide No. 15731WBBPE/2022 dtd. 29.09.2022 it is hereby notified to all concerned that online applications for recruitment are invited from TET qualified trained candidates including the appearing candidates for
the session 2020-2022 in D. El. Ed./ Special D. Ed./ B. Ed. Courses in compliance with the order of the Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta, against state-wide vacancies for appointment to the posts of Assistant Teacher in Govt. Aided/Govt. Sponsored/Junior Basic Primary Schools, against 11765*(eleven thousand seven hundred sixty five) number of vacancies.”

* 86 (eighty six) number of vacancies will be deducted from the existing vacancies to comply with the order of the Hon’ble Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay passed on 30.08.2022 in respect of WPA No. 5419 of 2022; order passed on 26.09.2022 in respect of WPA No. 21683 of 2022; and order passed on 28.09.2022 in respect of WPA No. 20795 of 2022.
The recruitment of the candidates will be made in accordance with the West Bengal Primary School Teachers Recruitment Rules, 2016 as amended upto date notified vide No. 605-SE/EE/P)10M-6/09(Pt.V11) dtd. 22.12.2020.
Candidates shall apply for the posts against the State-wide vacancies as stated above. Preference for district shall be taken at the time of application (subject to availability of appropriate medium & category-wise vacancies).

- Input your email id and mobile number and OTP sent to your entered mobile number.
- Fill in the application form with all requisite details
- Upload your Photograph & Signature
- Check entered details
- Modify entered details (if required)
- Make payment.
- Take printout of your application.
For submission of online application form you are required to follow the steps mentioned below
- a)Fill in requisite details as has been asked for by the system.
- b) Choose your “Preferred District”
- c) In ‘Personal Details’ section fill up the following fields :
- i. Applicant’s First Name, Middle Name, Last Name
- ii. Father’s / Mother’s Name (pre-filled and editable)
- iii. Date of Birth (pre-filled)
- iv. Select Gender
- v. Select your Category
- vi. Select your Sub –Category (Ex-Servicemen, Exempted Category, Para Teacher Primary)
- vii. Enter Aadhaar Number
- viii. Select Medium of Instruction
- ix. Select whether Physically Handicapped.
- d) ‘Permanent Address Details’
- e) ‘Postal Address’
- Follow the same as entered in Permanent Address
- f) In ‘Academic Qualification Details’ section fill up the following fields :
- i. Name of the Examination / Course (10th, 12th, Graduation)
- ii. Board/Council/University
- iii. Year of Passing (10th, 12th, Graduation)
- iv. Full Marks (in 10th, 12th, Graduation)
- v. Obtained Marks with additional subject (in 10th, 12th, Graduation) – this is mandatory
- vi. Obtained Marks without additional subject (in 10th, 12th) – this is optional.
- vii. Graduation Type – select whether Honours or General
- g) ‘Training Qualification’
- i. Name of Examination / Course (select your course)
- ii. Appeared State (select)
- iii. Examining Body (select)
- iv. Session (enter session)
- v. Passed / Appeared /Pursuing(select passed, appeared or pursuing)
- vi. Year of Passing (select year) – only in case of Passed candidates
Documents are required for Online Application for 11765 Post
A. In ‘Upload Document’ section upload your photo and signature as per criteria / file size
given.
B. Upload your Training Document, Aadhar Card image (both front & back size).
C. Save as Draft and Preview your application form before you proceed.
D. In Preview Page go through the information filled in by you carefully & correct if there is any
mistake.
E. Now click on SUBMIT & PAY and go forward to pay the requisite application fees.
F. A confirmation page opens up. Check mark on the “Declaration” box to confirm the
declaration.
G. In Payment page pay the fees amount by Credit Card / Debit Card.
H. Select the payment mode & enter requisite payment details and click on the “Pay Now” tab to complete the transaction process.
I. Upon successfully completing your transaction process you will automatically be returned
back to the application submission portal.
J. Click on the “Print / Download Application” tab to open your application form.
K. Take printout of the same for future reference.

Note I.— The percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in the Madhvamik Examination or its equivalent excluding additional marks, if any, shall he reduced proportionately to marks obtained out of 5.
Note 2.— The percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in the Higher Secondary Examination or its equivalent excluding additional marks. if any, shall be reduced proportionately to marks obtained out of 10.
Note 3 – The percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in the relevant Teacher Training shall be reduced proportionately to marks obtained out of 15.
Note 4 – The percentage of marks obtained by a candidate in the TET Examination shall be reduced proportionately to marks obtained out of 5.
Note 5.— Marks out of maximum five (5) Marks as mentioned in SI. No. (v) of Table A of this rule, shall be awarded to the candidates, including para -teacher. in the following manner:-
